We are excited to share that our Cooking Program is well underway at Epsom Primary School! This program has been a fantastic opportunity for students and families to come together, build confidence in the kitchen and learn practical life skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Each week, participants have been exploring simple, healthy recipes while developing skills such as measuring, preparing ingredients and working safely in the kitchen. It has been wonderful to see the pride and enjoyment students are experiencing as they create and share meals.
An added bonus of the program is the food hampers provided, allowing families to continue cooking at home and practise their new skills together. This has been a great way to strengthen connections beyond the classroom and encourage positive family experiences.
We are so proud of the engagement, teamwork and enthusiasm shown by everyone involved so far and we look forward to seeing the program continue to grow.

We are proud to introduce our 2026 Student Wellbeing Team!
These students have been selected for their kindness, responsibility and their ability to look out for others. They play an important role in helping make our school a safe, inclusive and supportive place for everyone.
Throughout the year, our Student Wellbeing Team members will be out in the yard wearing their purple vests, checking in on students, offering support and being a friendly face when someone may need it. They will also assist with Breakfast Club and help care for our guinea pigs, building their sense of responsibility and teamwork.
At the end of 2025, our previous members officially handed over their vests to the new team. This was a special moment, recognising the leadership, care and commitment shown by our outgoing students and welcoming our new team into the role.
We look forward to seeing the positive impact our 2026 Student Wellbeing Team will have across the school.
Congratulations and welcome to our Student Wellbeing Team of 2026:
