The team at FN Neilson Partners recently celebrated Allison Holzer’s 25th anniversary of employment at the agency’s Narre Warren office. 

Allison has provided exceptional service and support not to just her agency’s team, but to so many other offices in the network as well.

Celebrating International Women’s Day

Around the network, First National offices celebrated the women in our lives and their achievements on International Women’s Day. 

We spotted celebrations at FN Daystar (Revesby, NSW), FN Manly (NSW) and FN Murray Bridge (SA), but we’re sure there were many more that we did not see published on Facebook.

We recognise contributions and achievements of women worldwide on International Women’s Day, with this year's theme being 'Inspire Inclusion'. It was an opportunity for us all to reflect on the progress made and the work still to do.

‘Unfranchising’ the Right Call in Birkdale

‘Significantly More Enquiry & Better Results’ with First National

Another principal to recently ‘unfranchise’ and notice the benefits is Andrew Lynch of our new Toowoomba (QLD) office. Andrew said in a recent Facebook post that the past two months flying the First National flag had led to ‘significantly more enquiry and better results’, which is great news! 

The team’s new First National uniforms arrived the other day and don’t they look great?

Woodgate Beach Turns 20

The team at the tiny seaside hamlet which FN Woodgate Beach calls home had a great time celebrating the 20th anniversary of operations, recently.

IGT’s No.1 Speaker in 2023

Dot Hamilton of FN Property Solutions (Palm Beach, QLD) was moved to tears by the news she had been ranked the number one speaker at IGT’s conference last year. 

The news was delivered over a coffee by Denis Yusef, who said how proud he was to call Dot a friend as he ‘watched her crush her session at the IGT Conference last year’.

Best of Luck, Andrew Pearce 

FN TSFN (Bendigo, VIC) co-Director, Andrew Pearce was farewelled by his colleagues as he took leave to fight the next stage of his battle with Multiple Myeloma, which will involve a stem cell transplant.

FN Espiritu Santo Celebrates 17 Years  

FN Espiritu Santo (Vanuatu) has celebrated its 17th anniversary of helping customers buy and sell property in Espiritu Santo and Aore Island. 

Over 487 properties have been sold in that time, including 6 resorts, 21 islands, several farms, commercial properties and numerous blocks of land and houses of all shapes, sizes and locations.

Congratulations and here’s to many more years, Warren Moore and Christine Jasper. 

Naomi Fletcher Employee of the Month 

At FN Kalgoorlie (WA), Naomi Fletcher recently won the M7 Investor Relations Manager of the Year but has also been recognised as Employee of the Month within her team.

Going from Strength to Strength

Just over two years ago, FN Swans Residential (Aveley, WA) came into existence with principal Ash Dhingra at the helm. 

Now well-known throughout the Swan Valley, Ash and his team have gone from strength to strength, providing residential sales, property management and commercial services.
