Parkdale Celebrating 100 Years 1924-2024

Open Morning for past students

On Friday 22nd March we welcomed past students back to school.  It was wonderful to see so many happy, smiling faces as people walked through the doors of the school and had memories return that they hadn't thought about for many years.  There were students from all but the most recent decades - and from as far back as the 1930s.

A short tour around the school started at 9.30am with messages from our current school captains.  Our visitors had the chance to see how the school looks in 2024 and compare it to your their own time at Parkdale Primary.  The tour finished with a special song from our school choir - (Remember the days of the) Old Schoolyard by Cat Stevens.
