With COTA tomorrow, here are some last minute details and reminders to allow you to make thew most of this amazing event.

Sign up to volunteer

We are still in real need of volunteers for the night. We are asking all parents and families to help out & choose a slot at a time that still allows them to enjoy their child's performance.

Bake for the Cake Stall

We would love as many donations as possible for the cake stall which will run outside the pavilion near the art show.

Please drop your donations of baked goods to the school kitchen today (Wednesday) or on Thursday morning.

Please include ingredients/allergens list and label your container if you want it returned.

Event Performance times

Please make arrangements for your child to meet their teachers at the BER Building (where our Library and Year 5/6 classrooms are) at the below times. You can then go and take a seat in the quadrangle and enjoy your child perform.

After the performance, teachers will take classes back to the BER.

For children in Years F-2, teachers will then wait with students in the sandpit area until they are collected by a trusted adult.

Students in Years 3-6 will be dismissed by their teachers and trusted to find their families independently.

Food and drink details

SKiPPA (Our Parents' Association) have organised a wide range of delicious food and drink options for families to enjoy during the event. There will be plenty of breaks during the event for families to enjoy some food and connect;
