Mini Fete
This week, the Year 6 students ran the mini fete. They used creative techniques to run their businesses and make various sales. All the money raised will go towards Catholic Mission and some proceeds will go towards the year 6 graduation. There were different stalls and students bought money to participate. Students were able to purchase a diverse range of goods as well as many games, raffles etc….We hope everyone had a great time. Thank you for participating, thanks to our Year 6 teachers for helping us organise the day and to Mrs Mancuso for allowing us to have this fun day.
We raised a total of $5837.00 WOW! What an awesome effort by all, thank you so much!

We are starting a Writing competition!
You are allowed to write a poem, a short story, song lyrics or a script.
Your entries are to be given to your teacher to be placed in the office box.
The entries are due week 6, on Wednesday, November 5th, so you have all of the long weekend to write!
There are going to be 3 winners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Those winners will receive a certificate and a prize. The maximum is 500 words, so make sure you stay within the limit.
We can’t wait to read all of your creative writing entries, you can add illustrations if you like too.
