Principal's Message
From the Desk of Tracey Parsons - Term 4, Week 9
Good morning Parents/Carers
SCHOOL CAPTAIN /VICE CAPTAINS
Yesterday we had the speeches for each of the boys and girls who were standing for election to be school leaders in 2024. Students came with well-organised speeches including some humour and they managed to keep the audience captivated. There was not a candidate that would not make a terrific captain or prefect and they can be very, very proud of their efforts.
Congratulations to our newly voted School Captains Jack and Tahlia and our Vice Captains Alex C and Haidee.
I know you’ll be dedicated captains and will lead the school well.
PRESENTATION DAY
Today we celebrated outstanding individual achievement and performance at our annual Presentation Day. We acknowledged a wide range of development and excellence in academic, sporting, and cultural areas, as well as personal growth based on our 3 school values, Ready, Respect, and Safe.
Congratulations to those who received an award and children and families should be very proud of your achievements. While we recognised these, many other students have worked extremely hard and have shown tremendous improvement. They should also be very pleased with their achievements.
