Picking Up Children – Please help our admin team!
In exceptional circumstances and emergencies, at times children need to be collected from school early. Please help our administration team by ensuring that this is not done during the break times of 11:00-11:40am and 1:35-2:15pm.
When children are outside playing with their friends, they do not hear the announcements and it is difficult to have a staff member unlock classrooms to collect bags and belongings. Please help support our classroom programs by waiting until 3:15pm to collect child/ren.
Lost Property
We seem to be accumulating a huge amount of lost school jackets recently. Every effort is made to return clothing to their owners, if your child's name is marked on the clothing.
Please note: When you are making payment through our school account - please use your ACOUNT ID and surname, so we can allocate your payment to the correct account.
Parking on Ester Crescent
We request that all families are aware of the parking restrictions on Ester Crescent, a street located directly across Springs Road from the school. Neighbours have made the school aware that parents are parking illegally and as a result restrict the view of children and families as they cross the road. Please observe parking signs as a matter of safety for our children.
Up to Date Information
It is important that the school has up to date contact details in the event that your child becomes ill at school. Children often become distressed when we are unable to contact their parents/carers and it is imperative we have current details on our system. Please email us at office@saclaytonsth.catholic.edu.au to update your details.
Working With Children Check
This year will will have many opportunities for families to help support and be part of school activities such as Parent Helpers, Excursions
and P&F events. Due to Child Safety Standard no one can help at school events with students present without a current Working with Children.
