Parent Outreach 

Parents from St Francis Xavier demonstrated true Serviam during our recent outreach at Vinnies Lewisham. The team, including Mrs. Rabbitte, Mrs. Saliba, Mrs. Hay, Ms. Campos, and Mrs. Mediati, demonstrated dedication and teamwork.

Throughout the morning, we tackled various tasks:

• Making sandwiches
• Sorting snack packs
• Preparing pasta and soup
• Organising and stocking pantries

In addition to their regular activities, our parents also contributed to setting up for a special memorial event at Martin Place, honouring those who passed away on the streets.

100 Days of Kindy Parent Workshop 

What a joyous occasion it was to gather together and celebrate a significant milestone in their journey: their 100th day of schooling. A day to be reminded of the importance of cherishing each step in our children's education.

Our parents had the opportunity to create a unique handmade gift for their child—a special felt love heart. It was heart warming to witness the care and creativity poured into these gifts, symbolising the love and support that surrounds our children each day.

We were also reminded of the value of carving out intentional time for prayer and reflection. In our busy lives, it can be challenging to pause and connect with what truly matters. Yet, as we took a moment to reflect together, we found renewed inspiration in the power of spiritual connection.
