Soak the Teacher

Last term, the 9 life volunteering class organised and participated in four fundraisers aiming to raise funds for the RSPCA. The class put on a sausage sizzle and bake sale and ran a prize wheel. On the last day of the semester, the students had their biggest fundraiser yet! Soak the Teacher!

At the start of term 3, 13 teachers volunteered to be soaked in front of the whole school. But by who?... The highest bidding student of course!

Throughout the event, we had multiple students reach the maximum bid of $20! Most teachers were even soaked more than once.

The event was a fun  way to end the school term and was a great experience for all.

A big thankyou goes out to the students in the 9Life volunteering class. Thei goal was to raise $500 for the RSPCA. They ended the term with $931.46.

It was an amazing effort by all and I hope that everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.
