Victorian State Schools Spectacular Choir excursion to Melbourne Town Hall 

On Wednesday 24th July members of the Heathmont VSSS Choir attended the first group rehearsal for the Victorian State Schools Spectacular with Mr Young. 

Our choir joined with over 1,000 other students from primary and secondary schools across Victoria and spent the day rehearsing a wide range of music, from pop to musical theatre to jazz. Energy and excitement (and vocal pitch!) were high as we started to see how our part of the Spectacular would come together. 

Huge thanks to the VSSS team for running a truly epic rehearsal and to our awesome VSSS Choir for participating and representing our school so well in this state event. 

The 2024 Victorian State Schools Spectacular will be performed on the 14th September and will involve Heathmont students from both our Dance and Choir groups.
