Clayfield College Sport is gearing up for an exciting year ahead! In preparation for the 2026 season, Trials and Skills Sessions will run throughout Term 4 2025.
These sessions are designed to:
Assess interest and team numbers for the upcoming 2026 season.
Everyone is welcome including current students, Year 6 students joining in 2026, and new enrolments!

Touch Football
Please note that for QGSSSA Autumn Fixture Sports - Basketball, Football, and Touch Football students may only participate in one sport during the season. However, all students are welcome and encouraged to attend a variety of the Term 4 Skills Sessions to explore their options and help determine their preferred Autumn Fixture sport for 2026.

Each session is designed to build confidence, develop technique, and foster teamwork. Whether you’re trying a sport for the first time or preparing to trial for selection there’s a place for you!








What to Bring
All participants must come prepared with:
Hat and sunscreen
Please refer to the attached Term 4 2025 Skills and Trials Schedule for all session dates, times, and venues.

Sign-on for Term 4 Skills and Trials Sessions is now open via Parent Lounge.

Expression of Interest
Clayfield Sport is excited to offer Secondary students aged 12 to16 years the opportunity to compete in the VETO Sports School Futsal League in 2026.
We are now inviting Expressions of Interest for the new Clayfield College Futsal Program, offering students an excellent pathway to build their skills, enjoy competitive team play, and represent Clayfield College.
Divisions:

Competition Schedule:
Each team will participate in three Gala Days (Terms 1 to 3) and a Finals Day in Term 4.

Clayfield College is proud to be hosting the Andrews Cup Artistic Gymnastics Competition this year. Please find the key event details below:

Logistics
Parents wishing to take their child home directly from the venue must sign them out with a teacher before departing.
Additional Notes
Hair should be neatly prepared for competition with the Clayfield College gymnastics ribbons in place prior to arrival.
Andrews Cup Basketball
Our basketballers have been training with great commitment in preparation for the Andrews Cup Basketball Competition on the Gold Coast. Please see below for the event information:

Over the weekend, our talented Andrews Cup gymnasts participated in the Megan Mitchell Shield, an invaluable lead-up event to the official Andrews Cup competition.
The Shield provides gymnasts with the opportunity to refine their routines and build confidence on all apparatus. From floor routines to beam work, our girls performed with enthusiasm, precision, and teamwork showcasing wonderful Clayfield spirit.
We look forward to welcoming gymnasts, families, and supporters to the Clayfield College PE Centre on Wednesday 5 November, for the Andrews Cup Artistic Gymnastics Competition.
