Holiday Concerts at Westfield Chatswood

We are delighted for the Years 3 - 6 Choirs to share their singing with the community. Each of our Year 3-6 Choirs will have the opportunity to share their repertoire at Westfield Chatswood, in the holiday space at the Centre Court on Level 3. We invite parents and carers to support the choirs at Westfield.

CPS Carols in the Park

We look forward to celebrating the season and the culmination of the school year, with festival carols and a community event on 12 December 2025, hosted by the P&C.

This year's Carols in the Park will include performances by:

Stage 1 Choir, Year 3 Choir, Year 4 Choir, Year 5 Choir & Year 6 Choir
Community singers
A special guest appearance!

Community Picnic

This is a wonderful opportunity to gather families together and share some of the festivities of the season. All students and young people on site will require parent/carer supervision at all times.

Families are encouraged to bring their own food and refreshments, for their own consumption and a casual picnic. Please note: We do ask that families enjoy their own food and not share food with other students or families, out of consideration for any food allergies. This is strictly a no-alcohol event.

Choir Members - Sign In/Sign Out

Students performing in the choirs will need to be signed in and signed out by a parent/carer, with their respective choir director. Please look for a permission note to be sent shortly via School Bytes.

External Music Learning Opportunities

Northern Sydney Symphonic Wind Ensemble (NSSWE) for 2026

NSSWE is currently recruiting for next year's ensembles and invites talented students to audition. NSSWE is a wind ensemble extension program for woodwind, brass and percussion students with four ensembles for students from Year 4 - University. Each ensemble rehearses one evening a week at Lindfield Learning Village. Students have the opportunity to perform multiple times a year at The Concourse in Chatswood, go on tour around Australia and internationally, and play music with students from schools across the Northern Sydney region.

Auditions will be held on the 29 and 30 November 2025.
