Dear Parents and Caregivers

Thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for the final CPS community morning tea of the school year. It was wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces come together, share food, enjoy a coffee, and connect with one another. These gatherings truly highlight the strength and warmth of our school community, and your participation helps make them such a success.

As we approach the end of the year, I would also like to encourage everyone to join our Annual General Meeting (AGM) next Tuesday evening, held via Zoom. The AGM is an important opportunity to hear updates on the work of the P and C, elect committee members for 2026, and learn how you can get involved in supporting our students and school programs. Your presence and voice are valuable, and we warmly welcome all parents and carers to attend.

We’re super excited to announce that the P&C will be hosting our wonderful Christmas Carols at school on Friday, 12 December at 4:30 pm! It’s going to be a joyful and festive celebration for the whole family, filled with music, fun, and holiday cheer. Don’t forget to save the date, we can’t wait to see lots of smiling faces and share this special evening together. Come along and join the festive fun! 

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteer elves to help make the Christmas Carols a memorable and enjoyable event for everyone! There are a variety of roles to be filled, and further details will be shared through your class parent. If you would like to volunteer and contribute to the festive spirit, please contact the P&C events coordinator at events@chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au.
