MOBILEYES & DENTAL

We are excited to partner with your school to support the eye and dental health of all students. Our mission is to make quality care accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for every child.

As part of our visit, every student who participates in our dental service will receive a free dental care kit or a U-Toothbrush, depending on what best supports their needs and abilities ( See Picture Below)

About the U-Toothbrush:

While the traditional toothbrush is excellent for most children, some students benefit even more from the U-Toothbrush. This brush is specially designed to support students with physical or intellectual disabilities, helping them maintain independence and confidence in their oral care routine.

The U-Toothbrush offers a range of benefits:

  • Simultaneous cleaning of all teeth – Its U-shaped design brushes every surface at once, ensuring a thorough clean in seconds.

  • Reduces brushing time – Makes daily brushing easier, faster, and more manageable for students who tire easily or have limited focus.

  • Encourages independence – Students who struggle with coordination or dexterity can brush effectively on their own.

  • Gentle and safe for gums – Soft silicone bristles are kind to sensitive gums and prevent discomfort.

  • Promotes consistency and confidence – Makes brushing less stressful and more enjoyable, encouraging regular healthy habits.

  • Ideal for all ages and abilities – Beneficial not only for students with additional needs but also for younger children still learning proper brushing technique.

By offering these tools, we aim to empower students to develop good brushing habits at home and maintain bright, healthy smiles with ease.

If you could kindly continue encouraging parents to fill in the below online consent form would be appreciated! We don’t want anyone to miss out on this valuable service!

We are truly looking forward to our visit and to supporting your wonderful students. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Warm regards,

Nancy and Andrea - Mobileyes & Dental Foundation Team

Message from COGB

Dear School Community,

As Christmas and the end of the year approach, we’d like to remind families of the City of Greater Bendigo’s Staff Gift Policy, which does not allow staff to accept gifts or money. If you’d like to share some festive cheer, a card or a drawing from your child or family is always treasured and brings a big smile to our School Crossing Supervisors!

Wishing you a safe and happy holiday period.

Many thanks, Dionne Lynch - Community & Environmental Health Team Leader
