Parent Workshop Opportunity

As part of our ongoing commitment to wellbeing through the Grow Your Mind initiative, we are delighted to host the "Good Enough Kid" parent workshop. This insightful session offers families practical strategies to support their children’s emotional development while embracing the idea that perfection isn’t the goal. By focusing on resilience, self-awareness, and realistic expectations, the workshop encourages parents to nurture confident, compassionate, and mentally healthy children. This is a valuable opportunity to strengthen the partnership between home and school in fostering a growth mindset and lifelong wellbeing.  To pre-order a copy of How to Be a Good Enough Kid go to https://growyourmind.life/order-our-new-book-how-to-be-a-fantastic-sensational-good-enough-kid/ using the code GoodenoughKinross  for free shipment at checkout and Alice will bring the books on the night. Father's & Significant Other's Day

Father’s Day is a special time in our school community to honour and appreciate the important role fathers and father figures play in the lives of our students. It’s a meaningful opportunity for children to reflect on the love, support, and guidance they receive, helping to strengthen family connections and foster a sense of gratitude. These moments of recognition contribute to students’ emotional development and help build a culture of appreciation and respect within our school. Remember to add Friday 5 September to your calendar and join us to celebrate Father’s & Significant Other's Day with a light breakfast served in the Glasshouse, followed by classroom visits.

Exams and Performances

We extend our warmest wishes to the Performing Arts Department as students prepare for their upcoming AMEB exams and Eisteddfod performances. These events are a wonderful opportunity for our young performers to showcase their talent, dedication, and hard work. The commitment shown in rehearsals and practice sessions is truly commendable, and we are incredibly proud of each student taking part. We look forward to celebrating your achievements and seeing your passion for the arts shine through. Good luck — we’re cheering you on every step of the way!
