This Term in SEL, we will be continuing through the updated Respectful Relationships units. The Respectful Relationships program is age appropriate, researched based and supports schools and early childhood settings to promote and model respect, positive attitudes and behaviours. It teaches our children how to build healthy relationships, resilience and confidence. In conjunction with Life Ed, these lessons enables us to cover mandated elements of the curriculum around sexuality and consent.

We will also be working through the Cyber Safety Project. The Cyber Safety Project has been designed using the National and State based curricula with explicit links to Learning Area Outcomes and General Capabilities. Activities align to the four values of Responsibility, Integrity, Strength and Empathy. Students will engage with opportunities to develop fundamental skills and knowledge through the digital safety skills and digital wellbeing strategies.
