SRC Leadership Training

Last Wednesday afternoon our Student Representative Council took part in an induction training session focused on teamwork and clear communication. Students worked together to develop a group agreement and plan goals for the remainder of 2025.

They have now formed three committees to drive their initiatives. The first will focus on gathering student voice in the playground to identify changes or adjustments that can make Edgeworth Public School an even better place to learn. The second committee will design playground expectation posters and collect ideas from students about new play equipment. The third will lead a fundraising project, planning an event to raise money for either a chosen charity or for our playground initiative.

All students are to be commended on their outstanding behaviour and collaboration. We look forward to meeting again this week, welcoming Year 5 students into the groups, and keeping our community updated on the great work of our SRC.
