As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and community engagement, Marian College is transitioning to a new survey tool—The Thriving School Index—to support our school improvement planning.
Thriving School Index survey is a nationally recognised, research-based survey platform developed by McCrindle, It provides schools with meaningful insights from students, staff, and parents, helping us to better understand the lived experiences within our community.
By adopting this tool, we can more effectively track key indicators of wellbeing, engagement, and academic culture, and ensure our strategic goals align with the needs of those we serve.
We look forward to working in partnership with our community to strengthen learning, leadership, and wellbeing at Marian College through this enhanced approach to feedback and reflection.
The Thriving School Index will be available to all families beginning Monday, 25 August, running over a two-week period. —and we’re inviting all families to take part.
The Thriving School Index is a research-based tool that gathers feedback from students, staff, and parents to assess how well our school is supporting its community across six key areas:
From 25 August to 8 September, parents and guardians will be invited to complete a short, confidential survey (approximately 10–15 minutes). A link will be sent to your Operoo or can be accessed here : Parent Link
