Inquiry Update
This term we are exploring Digital Technologies.
Our Preps are exploring and using the basic features of common digital tools to create, locate and communicate content for a diverse audience. In particular they will be using the camera app to take photos of items around the school.
Our Year 1 and 2 students are recognising and discussing some websites and apps store their personal data online. They are learning about what is online and what is off line.
Year 3 and Year 4 students have investigated how to follow, describe and represent algorithms involving sequencing, comparison operators (branching) and iteration.
Year 5 and Year 6 students have begun to design and represent algorithms involving multiple alternatives (branching) and iteration.
