UMatter is turning five this year on Friday, November 8th, and we are looking forward to everyone getting involved.
Add a little gold and green to your uniform to remind us to acknowledge those in our lives who matter to us.
Over next week there will be a range of UMatter activities in the classrooms and Lunch Clubs will be doing UMatter activities for the whole week! You might like to take Tuesday’s activity home for the holiday.
Check out the timetable attached, UMatter medals were a huge hit last year, maybe you’ll receive one this year.
The UMatter blackboard will be open to your messages of thanks, so take a few moments on the day to add your message.
Bring a gold coin donation to give to the Kids Helpline to support children’s mental wellbeing, so please donate if possible.
Finally, remember to get your entries in for the ‘Make UMatter man super’ competition to go in the running for one of the limited (there are only three in existence) UMatter man mugs. Entries close on Thursday the 7th of November, with the winner being drawn at assembly on UMatter Day.
Remember that every day is UMatter day, so take the time to appreciate the people in your lives that matter to you.
Don’t forget to tell them and spread lots of UMattitude.
