What is your favourite food?

Cheese and chocolate - I can’t stay away from them!

Why did you want to work in education?

I’ve always loved seeing people’s joy in learning something new, especially when they’ve worked hard to achieve a goal. When I was younger I used to teach my sister at “Trampoline School” in our backyard! I want to make sure that we are educating children academically, socially and emotionally. I hope to have a positive impact in children’s lives now, which will impact the future. Plus, working with children comes with lots of laughs!

What inspires you?

People who persevere with challenges. Nature. Dance.

Tea or coffee?

Tea. 100%!

Read the book or watch the movie?

Both! Book first, then the movie.

Snow or beach?

Beach.

What are you most proud of?

Professionally, I’m proud of making a difference in students’ lives and a positive impact in shaping the future. Personally, I’m proud of my courage and independence to live and work in 5 different countries.

Have you ever been given some advice that changed your life?

Everyone deserves to be safe, seen and celebrated.

What can't you live without?

Did I already mention chocolate?! Actually though, my family and close friends. They are accepting, supportive and bring lots of joy into the world!

What do you enjoy most about your role at ENPS?

The environment here at ENPS is very welcoming and inclusive. The staff is collaborative, fun and committed to our students. The parent community is supportive. I love my Year Three teaching team and our students.
