Miro Inspired Magical Creatures
In Years One and Two, we have been inquiring into famous artist Joan Miro and delving into the wonderful concept of Abstract Art.
We used Miro’s painting, The Garden, as a starting point for our own colourful masterpieces. Some of us played a Roll-A-Miro game to create our magical creatures whilst others “freestyled” it, using pens, markers, coloured pencils and watercolour paints.
We then created another artwork using media (the school iPads) and the Seesaw app.
