Galada Kindergarten Visits
This week our Active Citizenship Team and other Year 6 leaders visited Galada Kindergarten to help the children understand what school life is like.
Here are some of their thoughts on the experience:
On Wednesday we went to Galada kindergarten. We played around with the three and four year olds and they shared what they enjoyed doing and we shared good experiences from our school. We saw their environment and how they interact with others. It was a great memory for us and for them. We enjoyed it lots and had so much fun.

Today a group of Year 6 leaders visited Galada Kindergarten. It was lots of fun interacting with the younger students and learning about them. Something we remember was when we were building a hut with the blocks and one of the younger students jumped inside. We also had fun making playdough pizza, playing puzzles with them, making train tracks and reading books with them. Whilst we were there we did a scavenger hunt about school with the younger students and it was great to see their happy faces when they found everything. This was an enjoyable experience and we wish them the best for primary school next year.
