Schoolbox For Parents

We are looking forward to sending out invitations to join us in Schoolbox via the website and the app in coming weeks. 

 

Parents’ invitations will be sent directly to the email address they have provided the School. Parents are encouraged to login to the Parent Portal and confirm that email addresses are recorded correctly. 

 

Our initial Schoolbox communications will contain simple ‘how-to’ guides to help parents log in for the first time and begin accessing the information they need to help their children learn, stay organised and engage with the Blue Mountains Grammar School community. 

 

Parents will be able to select their login method, choosing their Google, Microsoft or even Facebook login credentials. We hope that this single sign-in method will make life easier for those currently managing multiple logins across different platforms. 

 

Communications will also show parents how to set up newsfeeds and calendars to provide the specific information relevant to their children and families. 

 

For parents needing in-person technical support, we will have physical helpdesks located in each School Reception where parents will be able to sit down with a member of staff and receive help.
