Time for the Old Blackboard to Return!

A big shout out to some Year 4 leaders who stepped up this week to give up their time for others. Chloe, Georgia, Laura and Olivia took time out of their busy schedules to refurbish our new Sacred Heart Blackboard area, in the undercover area of the playground. That now adds to our passive play areas we have at Scared Heart; the outdoor library, the new lawn, the sandpit and the picnic benches. Combine this with our Lego and Art Clubs and our school is offering a lot of choice during lunchtime for the most important stakeholders at our school ~ THE STUDENTS!

AUTUMN CLEAN OUT!

We are in the process of cleaning out our Lost Property, which I must admit looks a little untidy and unkempt. This Friday any items of clothing NOT part of the school uniform (hats, beanies, parkers, gloves, water bottles etc) will be set out on a table after school. Those items not claimed will go the the St Vincent De Paul store in Preston. 

The following week will be items of school uniform; jackets, jumpers etc. If your child has misplaced any of their uniform please come up to the school and look through the Lost Property area. This time of year is a perfect time to be taking off clothing throughout the day, so we understand that items may be misplaced. 

   IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR CHILD'S UNIFORM IS CLEARLY MARKED PLEASE!
