Golf - Max & Jack 

Yesterday Max 5CC and Jack 6JT competed in the SSV Primary School Golf event at Clifton Springs Golf Club.

Both boys did OGPS proud, with Max coming 3rd and Jack coming 4th in the event. 

Both boys have made it through to the second round final at Curlewis on 13th November.

Annual Staff v Year 6 Students’ games

This term, the Year 6 Sports and Performing Arts Captains have organised the annual 

Staff v Year 6 Students’ games. This year, the focus has been on inclusivity, with an aim to invite all staff members and Year 6 students to participate in a variety of enjoyable activities.

The event kicked off with an incredibly fun and engaging drumming session, led by our talented music teacher, Dallas. In the spirit of friendly competition, we have enjoyed watching some thrilling basketball, netball, futsal, and football matches. There are still more exciting activities to plan later this term, including another popular basketball game, a Ga Ga Ball session, and as the weather warms up a cricket match. 

These games have fostered a sense of unity and healthy competition within our school community. The enthusiasm from all involved has been admirable. We look forward to coordinating more of these staff v students’ games next year, with the 2024 captains.
