We the community members of Launching Place Primary School acknowledge the traditional owners, the Kulin nations, of the land on which we learn and play.

We pay respects to the Aboriginal Elders, past and present, who are our teachers.

We thank them for taking care of children and country for countless generations.

Community Pantry

Launching Place Primary School has established a Community Pantry to serve our community. The pantry is conveniently located in a room off the foyer and is available for your support.

You have the option to either donate goods or take any items that you may require. A variety of products, including long life milk, cereals, soups, rice dishes, and fruit, are available for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own bags.

We encourage you to spread the word within the community and let them know that our support is available to them.

Fire Season Emergency Information for 2023

Confidential Student Enrolment Information .

All students from Foundation – Grade 6 have been given their confidential student information forms.

Please check it carefully and change or alter any information that needs updating or changing, on the form itself. Sign the front page, then return THAT same form to school so we can collate your up-dated information. This is Extremely Important. Forms MUST be returned to the office as soon as possible. All names are marked off as they are returned, to make sure we have collected them all. Thank you to those families that have already returned their forms.

Benwerren is a place a woman can come to rest, reflect and find restoration. It’s a place where you can retreat from life’s pressures, stop, and breath. Benwerren serves and strengthens families by supporting women and children in need. Providing practical support in the form of ‘time out’ in a peaceful environment, whilst ministering to the physical, educational, emotional and spiritual well-being of women and children.

Launching Place Primary School

Launching Place Primary School is currently organizing a Christmas hamper collection for the families at Benwerren.

Donations can be conveniently dropped off at the school office foyer, and our team will arrange for the delivery to Benwerren on the 5th of December.

Your generous support will have a significant impact, and the Benwerren community is extremely grateful for the assistance provided by our school community.

Please keep in mind to donate non-perishable items.
