Curriculum contributions and stationery pack information

 

Parent/Care givers, 

 

At the end of Term 3, the 2024 Parent Payment Information were sent out to you via email. This included information on how to order your child’s stationery pack and how to make payments for curriculum and other contributions.

 

Term 4 week 1, hard copies of the 2024 parent payment information were sent home with students via the classroom. 

 

Please see below instructions to purchase your child’s stationery pack online via Paperchase Office National. Please select your child's 2024 class when ordering stationery pack.

 

Curriculum contributions and other contribution payments can be made online via Paperchase Office National at the time of purchasing your child’s stationery pack. 

 

Curriculum contribution and other contribution payments can be made at the school office via eftpos or cash. Stationery packs cannot be purchased at the office.

ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Orders must be placed by the Thursday 7th December 2023 in order for your child to receive their pack for the first day of Term 1. 
  • Orders placed after the due date may NOT be processed until February due to our extremely busy schedule in January. NO EXCEPTIONS 
    We apologise if you are a new enrolment or missed the due date due to unavoidable circumstances, but the school is aware your pack won’t be ready on the first day of school, so your child should not be disadvantaged. 
  • Orders placed after the due date will also incur an additional $8.00 processing fee 
  • All packs will be delivered to the school and cannot be collected from Paperchase. 
  • Complete packs only can be ordered through Paperchase. We do not have a walk-in shop and individual items cannot be purchased. All orders must be placed online.

  • Go to http://booklist.paperchase.com.au 
  • Enter this Access Code: BTSBFPS 
    Access code must be entered. Searching for school will not work 
  • Click ‘Create Order’ 
  • Enter students first and last name, choose year level from drop-down list click ‘Continue’. 
  • Click ‘Add Order to Cart’ 
  • You may then either Checkout or Add Another Student.

Please check your E-mail for order receipt. If you do not receive email confirmation, please contact Paperchase directly to confirm your was placed correctly.

If you elect not to purchase the booklist through Paperchase, please ensure children come to school on the first day of Term 1 2024 with the required materials.

 

Financial Support for Families

Banyan Fields Primary School understands that some families may experience financial difficulty and offers a range of support options, including:

 

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) 

 

If you have a Health Care Card in the parent/carer’s name with your child/children listed, you may be eligible to apply.

How to apply

New applicants should download a application form our school website https://www.bfps.vic.edu.au/parent-payments or contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form.

 

You can access the form online by clicking the link below: 

 

If you applied for the CSEF at your child's school in 2023, you do not need to complete an application form in 2024 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances.

You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred:

new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools in 2024 or you did not apply in 2023.

changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing at the school in 2024. Check with the school office if you are unsure

 

In order to process your CSEF application, you will need to provide the school with your current Health Care Card which must be valid as of 29th January 2024.
