Student of the Month

May

As part of our acknowledgement of students who are representing our College Values, we will be presenting Student of the Month awards to students we believe have best represented the values during each month.

 

7A- Sulaiman Nadeem

"Sulaiman often contributes to class dicussions and is confident in sharing his insightful thoughts to the topics in class. Sulaiman will encourage his peers and steer them in the right direction during collaborative tasks."

 

 

7B- Rohana Dhawan

"Rohana is always a respectful leader as the SRC of our class. She is constantly engaged in class discussions and encourages her peers. She completes all of her work to a high standard and is always trying to improve. Rohana is always engaged with our lessons and takes pride in her learning and her work."

 

7C- Mohamed Shajan

"Mohamed has shown outstanding respect in class, always treating classmates and teachers with kindness. He approaches learning with a positive attitude and is never afraid to make mistakes. His hard work and persistence have led to great improvement in his Chinese writing."

 

7D- Francheska Asuero

"Francheska shows respect to both teachers and fellow students. She works hard in all subjects and tries to complete her tasks as required. Her notes are always neat and well organised. She also gets along well with her classmates."  

 

 

7E- Yakub Amin

"Yakub has shown outstanding respect in class, always treating classmates and teachers with kindness. He approaches learning with a positive attitude and is never afraid to make mistakes. His hard work and persistence have led to great improvement in his Chinese writing. 

In PE, Yakub has shown incredible teamwork. He utilises his soccer expertise to help involve others in games, allowing them to improve their skills as well."

7F- Zayed Siddiqui

"Zayed has shown big improvement in his attendance this term. He demonstrate positive behaviour towards his learning as well."

 

 

 

 

7G- Aayan Braganza

"Aayan has consistently shown respect in the classroom in English. He has shown a serious dedication to improving the quality of his writing. Throughout our assessment preparation he has been very helpful to his peers. He is always kind and respectful and sets a very positive example for the class." 

 

7H- Sanie Samdani

"In PE, Sanie has shown amazing commitment during our Soccer Unit. He has been able to show a lot of skill and determination throughout the 5 week unit. Sanie should be proud of the resilience he has shown these past few weeks and continue to focus on how failing at something also teaches us valuable lessons."

 

7I- Somil Sharma

"Somil is an enthusiastic learner who reguarly shares his knowledge with the class. He seeks additional feedback to improve his learning and always displays a respectful attitude.

Somil regularly contributes to class discussions, and puts in effort during practical activities. This demonstrates his aspiration to achieve."

 

7J- Alierose Mitchell

"Alierose is a student who is always showing the college values and is a respectful member of the college community."

 

 

 

 

7K- Bella Guirguis

"Bella is an enthusiastic participant during lessons. She actively engages in practical activities and is a positive presence in her class. She consistently demonstrates her aspiration to achieve."

 

 

 

 

 

 

8A- Ryl Alcaraz

"Ryl is an attentive student and often has positive input in the learning environement. Ryl sets high goals for himself and continues to seek feedback from the teacher in areas that he can further improve his work."

 

 

8B- Abdul Siddiqui

"Abdul has shown outstanding respect in class, always treating classmates and teachers with kindness. He approaches learning with a positive attitude and is never afraid to make mistakes. His hard work and persistence have led to great improvement in his Chinese writing."

 

8C- Salma Mahamed

"Salma has demonstrated high-quality leadership in team activities, actively contributing to both sporting events and learning tasks. She is respectful towards teachers and has shown a strong connection to the school’s values, despite only joining Brinbeal Secondary College at the beginning of this year."

 

8D- Jace Niven

"Jace has shown a massive improvement in both Humanities and English. He has been very proactive in class, contributing to class discussions and taking on a leadership role with the students he sits with by holding them accountable to do their work."

 

 

8E- Mansoor Anwar

"Mansoor is a positive member of our class. He is always willing to give everything a go and tries his best. Mansoor has an unfailingly positive attitude. He is always a positive classroom member."

 

 

 

8F- Kennedy Niyongabo

"Kennedy always gives 110% in PE. He is a positive team player who uses his skills to support others."

 

 

 

 

8G- Ruby Tran-Nguyen

"Ruby consistently demonstrates college values. She excels academically and is also an allrounder. She is always willing to support her peers."

 

 

8H- Muetaz Idris-Nur

"Meutaz has been really focused and engaged during HAPE lessons. He has a lot of knowledge and ability in this unit, and it is great to see his dedication to his education. He is reliable in the classroom and always expresses his ideas and knowledge well."

8I- Ahsan Azhar

"Ahsan displays positive respectful behaviour, using his manners at all times and is always willing to help other students and works efficiently in a team environment."
