Thank you to all families for a very successful Parent/Teacher/Student interview day on Tuesday. We are looking forward to supporting your child/ren and your family for the rest of 2025.
I would like to welcome Karl and Victoria to Numurkah Primary School as classroom education support.
Education Week: School Open Day Monday 19th-21st May
On Monday the 19th we will be running group tours at 9:15am and 2:30pm for new families to have a look at our amazing school.
We welcome all of our families to come into the classrooms on Tuesday the 20th and Wednesday the 21st of May between 9-10am. All of our classrooms will be open for current families to enjoy some time with your children in their class. If you know of any families looking for a school in 2026, please encourage them to come along.
Mother's Day breakfast
We will be hosting a breakfast for our mother's and special people on Friday the 9th of May between 7:30am and 8:30am. The Mother's Day stall will also be run on that day.
Senior Winter Sports
Good luck to all of our senior students as they start their Winter Sports next Friday. Students will be travelling to other schools and competing at home every Friday.
Year 6 Grip leadership
I am sure the Year 6 leaders had an amazing day at the GRIP leadership conference today. Thank you to Mr Smith and Mark for taking the students to provide them with this opportunity.
2026 Year 7 Secondary School Form
Just a quick reminder to our Year 6 families that your Year 7 Secondary School selection form is due to be handed into the office at NPS by next Tuesday the 6th of May.
Uniform
It has been fantastic to see our Year 6 students as they wear their uniform with pride.
I would like to highlight some of the sections of our Student Uniform Policy to remind families of our uniform requirements. Some of the items being worn by students are not part of our uniform at Numurkah PS. Please have a talk with your child/children to ensure they are in full school uniform. As the colder weather starts please ensure jackets are labelled. Hoodies are not permitted at school (with the exception of the Year 6 hoodie).
