In the Spotlight!

Hi, I’m Lucas Chadwick, one of the new additions to the staff at OGPS this year. I am teaching in the Year 6 team and am thoroughly enjoying the year so far. When I’m not at OGPS, I spend my time with my family and friends and recently have been busy planning my wedding with my wonderful fiancée Sophie. I love to travel and spent 2023 traveling Europe and teaching in London. My hobbies include snowboarding, cooking and being overly competitive on boardgame nights. 

Hi there!

I’m Miss Moran, and I have the absolute pleasure of teaching Year 1 here at Ocean Grove Primary School. This is my first year at OGPS, and I’ve absolutely loved getting to know all the wonderful students and the incredible teaching team.

Before joining Ocean Grove, I taught at Newtown Primary, where I taught Years 5/6 and later 1/2. I also spent time teaching Year 3 at Humpty Doo Primary School in the Northern Territory – an unforgettable and rewarding experience!

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my partner Patrick. We’re regulars at the MCG – I cheer on Richmond, while Patrick (unfortunately!) barracks for Essendon. I also love heading down to the Couta Bowl to watch the Queenscliff Coutas. I’m a big beach lover, and some of my favourite weekends are spent swimming and snorkelling off my family’s boat in Port Phillip Bay.
