A message from Mrs Strom

To my beautiful Community of St Andrew’s,

My heartfelt thanks to you all for the past six years.

From the moment I walked through the gates, I have felt welcomed and included. As my time at St Andrew’s comes to an end, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who makes this such a wonderful school.

To our students — I want you to know how much I love being part of your school lives. Seeing your smiles, hearing your stories, and watching you learn and grow has made my days very special. Even though I am moving on to a new adventure, I feel sad because I will miss you all very much. Please remember how proud I am of you and how much joy and laughter you have brought me!

To our families, thank you for trusting me with your children and for being such an important part of our school. Your kindness and support help make our school a happy and safe place to learn.  There truly is no community quite like this one — please don’t tell my next school!

To our dedicated teachers and staff, thank you for the care, commitment and compassion you show our students every day. It has been a privilege and a joy to work alongside you.

I would also like to sincerely thank our volunteers and helpers for the time and energy you give so generously to our school. I have greatly valued working with you and am deeply grateful for all that you do.

To our Parish community, led by the wonderful Father Joe -  thank you for the warmth, welcome and sense of belonging you create. I have felt truly honoured to be part of such a supportive and faith-filled parish.

Being part of St Andrew’s has been very special to me. While saying goodbye is never easy, I will carry the memories of our time together with me always.

Thank you for making St Andrew’s such a kind, welcoming and caring place. All the best to Brian and Ange as they continue to lead St Andrew’s into the future.

Much love and best wishes,

Emma Strom
