Principal's Message

Christmas Prayer
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the blessings of this past year
and for the gift of our St Andrew’s community.
May the joy and peace of Christmas fill our hearts and homes.
Guide us as we continue to care for one another,
celebrate our achievements,
and welcome the opportunities of the year ahead.
Bless our students, families, and staff,
and keep us united in faith, hope, and love.
Amen.
Dear Families,
As we come to the end of the school year, I want to extend my deepest thanks for the warmth and welcome you have shown me throughout my first year as Principal at St Andrews. It has been a great year—busy, inspiring, and filled with moments that truly highlight what makes St Andrew’s such a special place. From my very first day, I have felt the strong community spirit that sits at the heart of our school, and I am genuinely grateful to be part of it.
This year, we have continued our commitment to equity and excellence for every student, ensuring that each child is known, supported, and challenged to grow. Whether through our literacy and learning initiatives, the dedicated work of our teachers, or the partnerships we share with families, we have remained focused on doing what is best for our young people.
I am especially thankful for the generosity of our volunteers, SAC members, P&F, classroom helpers, and all who contribute behind the scenes. Your willingness to give your time strengthens our school and models service for our children.
Thank you also to our staff, who live our mission daily with professionalism, care, and unwavering commitment. I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge the staff who are leaving St Andrew’s. We thank them sincerely for their dedication, professionalism, and the care they have shown our students and community. Their commitment has made a lasting impact, and we wish them every blessing as they move into the next chapter of their journey. A specific thank you for these staff members appears on the next page.
As we move into the Christmas season, may your homes be filled with peace, joy, and moments of rest after a full and rewarding year. May the light of Christ guide you and your families, and may this time bring renewal as we prepare for an exciting year ahead.
Wishing you a blessed Christmas and a safe, restful holiday.I look forward to continuing our work together in the new year.
Regards
Brian Martin
Principal
