Student Medcation - end of year collection
If your child has medication stored at school please note the important points below:
Student medication that has been stored at school during 2025 will be ready for collection from the office on the students last day of school.
All medication is to be collected and signed out by a parent / guardian.
Student Medication - 2026 requirements
If your child will continue to require medication in 2026 the relevant medical forms will need to be updated by your doctor, signed and dated in preparation for the 2026 school year.
- Please bring medical forms and action plans as well as medication that is in its original packaging and labelled with your child’s name to the school office on the first day of Term 1.
