FROM THE PRINCIPAL

As we come to the close of another outstanding year at Inverell High School, I would like to sincerely thank our students, staff, families and wider community for the collective effort, commitment and pride shown throughout 2025.

This year has been defined by opportunity, achievement and connection. Our students have excelled across academic, sporting, cultural and community pursuits, proudly representing Inverell High School at local, regional, state and national levels. From leadership and service through programs such as SRC, Stars and Clontarf, to success in the classroom, on the sporting field, on the stage and in the wider community, our students continue to demonstrate what it means to be well-rounded, resilient and aspirational young people.

I would like to acknowledge the dedication and professionalism of our staff, whose care, expertise and high expectations ensure our students are supported to achieve their personal best. Thank you also to our families and community partners for your continued trust, support and strong partnership with our school—it truly makes a difference.

As we head into the festive season, I wish everyone a safe, restful and enjoyable break. may it be a time to recharge, reflect and spend time with those who matter most.

We look forward to welcoming students back for the start of the 2026 school year on Monday, 2 February 2026, ready for another exciting year of learning and growth.

Thank you for a tremendous year, and I wish you all a very happy festive season and a positive start to the New Year.
