It is with mixed emotions that we share the news of a significant milestone in our Nowra Christian School family. Our beloved Principal's EA, Mrs Gail Bate, our longest serving full-time staff member, has decided to embark on a well-deserved retirement journey at the end of Term 2 this year.
For nearly 31 years, Mrs Bate has been an invaluable part of our school's legacy, dedicating her time, skills, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of our school community. Her passion for excellence, tireless work ethic, and compassionate spirit have left an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of students, colleagues, and parents alike.
Mrs Bate's tenure has been characterised by her exceptional organisational prowess, attention to detail, and the genuine warmth with which she approaches every task. Her contributions have extended beyond the role of an Executive Assistant; she has been a pillar of support, a source of inspiration, and a friend to many within our school family.
We will be organising a special farewell event in her honour as we approach the end of Term 2. Stay tuned for details on how we can collectively show our appreciation and celebrate the incredible journey of Mrs Bate.
As a community, let's make her remaining time with us memorable and express our heartfelt thanks for the lasting impact she has made on NCS.
