日本語 (Class Snapshot)　 

Welcome back to school, how excited to see all of our students with big smiles. We certainly settled well to start Japanese lessons straight away from Week 1. 

2024 is a Tatsu - doshi (辰年) "Year of the Dragon"! We have learnt some facts about the zodiac animals and made some decorations for home and Japanese room. We are going to learn some self-introduction phrases in Term 1 and hopefully students get to make some their poster about themselves for upper grades.  

We also have set the date for the Japanese Fun Day this year! 5th of September will be  another big day for STM to experience Japanese culture. Please do not hesitate to give us any ideas and suggestions for this day and volunteers are all welcome. Start brainstorm what kind of costumes students can wear, our school leaders are going to run this date and we have a lot to organise it!
