Health Update:
Thank you for continuing to prompt your children around personal health and hygiene.
Our Staff Team have been providing ongoing prompts (pre-corrections) and reminders to the children around:
- washing hands with soap & water when toileting, prior to eating and after blowing their nose
- sneezing into tissues, handkerchiefs (hankies) and/or sleeve
- covering mouth when coughing
- using sanitizer
- not sharing lunches or snacks
Efforts we make to minimise transmission will support us stay well and ensure we do not miss valuable learning time at school.
*Federal Government Grant Opportunities:
On behalf of Senator Jana Stewart, we write to notify you of federal government grant opportunities that may be of interest to members of our school community:
To boost education opportunities and narrow the digital divide, the Australian Government is providing up to 30,000 eligible families with no internet at home a free National Broadband Network (NBN) service through the School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI). The SSBI is receiving nominations until the end of 2024.
