Lunchtime Legends 

On Wednesday we started our roll out of our new senior student led recess and lunchtime program, Lunchtime Legends.  

The program offers opportunities for students to attend organised activities in the yard facilitated by Grade 5/6 Lunchtime Legend Leaders. 

On Wednesday, over 60 students participated in our first “Games on the Grass” session. Students from all year levels participated in parachute activities, tag games, rock, paper, scissors races and hula hoop activities. It was great to see so many, happy, active kids playing games with students of all ages.  

On Friday we will begin our weekly Reading Retreat session and on Monday the Sandpit Squad will begin. More sessions will be announced over the coming weeks.
