Production News

It is with great pleasure that Donvale Primary School present their 2023 Production – Read, Dream Repeat. 

Performance Details:

Date:                        Monday 11th September and Tuesday 12th September

Students will be required to attend both nights and stay for the duration of the show. 

Venue:                      Karralyka Centre

                                    Mines Road, Ringwood

Arrival Time:          6pm

Students are to arrive at Karralyka at 6pm for final preparations. They will need to be dropped off at their designated spots, where a teacher will tick their name off a class roll and show them where they need to be. A map will be sent home Friday 8th September indicating where to drop off your child on the performance nights. 

The show starts at 7pm. Please ensure you have your tickets with you. Tickets will be sent home on Wednesday 6th September. Please note, there will be no intermission.

The show should conclude by 8:30pm. To collect your child after the show, please go to the spot where you dropped your child off. Teachers will sign your child out once you have collected them. Please do not take your child without teacher permission.

Costume and other requirements:

Each class has their own costume requirements which have been communicated with you. Please contact your classroom teacher if you are unsure of what your child needs to wear on the night.

Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle on the night. Please ensure your child has eaten before they arrive at the venue. No food will be allowed backstage. 

Raffle: 

The school will also be hosting a Raffle Fundraiser with lots of fabulous prizes. The raffle will be drawn on the Tuesday night and winners contacted the next day if they are not present at the show.

Finally, on both nights we will have the kiosk open which will serve drinks and light refreshments prior to the show,  from 6pm.
