CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY

MS LAURA CROW - CURRICULUM LEADER HEALTH & PHYSICAL EDUCATION

This term in Personal Development Skills (PDS) the students have been learning about the importance of connecting with your community.

The students have engaged and participated in some Wheelchair Training organised through Swan Hill District Health.

Students put their training to good use on Wednesday 23rd August by volunteering their time, taking some of the Logan Lodge residents out for a stroll, in their wheelchairs in the gorgeous sunshine. The students will continue to do this weekly.

The student's hearts came back full. Full of gratitude! Full of stories! Full of compassion!

Here we have Ned Ryan learning all about Hazel Lavey.
