This week we welcomed Anna Steicke to the Pathways team where she will be assisting students in Term 4 while Brenda takes long service leave until the end of the year. Anna is a very easy going, well known local who is excited about working with our students to help them develop their career pathways and support them on their work experience placements.
Murray Mallee LLEN Ag & Hort Careers expo
Last week our Year 11 Agriculture & Horticulture students attended this fantastic Expo where they had an opportunity to speak with representatives from many local agricultural businesses, as well as others who travelled to the event such as Wiru Drone Solutions, Longerenong College, CQUniversity and the Minerals Council of Australia.
All students enjoyed speaking with a very diverse range of industry experts as well as trying out some of the hands-on activities.
School Holiday Opportunities
Deakin University invites students and their families to attend campus tours in the September holidays. These tours are a great way for students to see class facilities and learning spaces, and ask questions about the courses that interest them. Register here.

Australian Defence Force Visit
This week we had representatives from the Australian Defence Force who spoke to students interested in learning about opportunities within the ADF. Captain Lee Hardstaff and Corporal Daniel Kosez Florence provided a very entertaining information session and we think all students appreciated learning about many different aspects of the Defence Force.
