Heat: It is a form of energy that flows from hot to cold objects 

Production: The process of making something

Evaluate: To understand the importance of something. 


ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Ask the child to observe at home which things around them transfer heat.

They can use the example of:

Our skin gets warm after going out in sunlight.

We get burned after touching hot pan.

Water gets warm after leaving under hot sun.

Food gets warm after heating it in microwave.

Food gets cold when left in room.

Using all these examples, the child can evaluate how heat is produced in different ways.
