Art & Technology

This term Art and Technology has been an incredibly, creative journey for our students. In Art class, they’ve been delving into the fundamental elements of art. To broaden their perspective, students embarked on an exciting excursion to the city, where they explored the vibrant world of street art, gaining inspiration from the urban landscape. 

Back in the classroom, each student had the opportunity to channel their newfound inspiration into tangible creations. Armed with oil pastels, they each crafted their unique canvases, expressing their artistic visions and experimenting with various techniques. 

In the realm of digital technology, our students have been diving into the world of coding. They learned how to code their very own arcade games, fostering problem solving skills and computational thinking. To take their projects to the next level, they visited the Tech School, where they had the chance to prototype a custom controller tailored for their games. 

Overall, this term has been a fusion of artistic exploration and technological innovation, providing our students with valuable skills and experiences that will undoubtedly serve them well.
