SACRAMENT OF FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

Workshop Date: Saturday 14 October at 11am in the church. Parents & children must attend.

Preparation Date: Tuesday 31 October at 6.30pm

Sacrament Dates: Saturday 11 November at 6pm

         Sunday 12 November at all Masses

         Saturday 18 November at 6pm

         Sunday 19 November at all Masses

SJV FETE 

VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED

 We require volunteers to help with various stalls  and jobs for the Fete. Volunteer forms are available at the church doors or the parish office. Please return form to the parish office ASAP.

CAKE STALL

 Donations of cakes, slices & biscuits (no nuts or fresh cream) to be delivered to the cake stall in the hall on Friday 20 October after 2pm or anytime on Saturday morning. Please list all ingredients used.

DONATIONS REQUIRED

 We require donations of the following items:-

Blocks of chocolate 170-180gms (no nuts please), cans of soft drinks (such as Coke, Fanta, Sprite, Lift),  tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, mustard & 600ml bottled water. Please place them in the Fete tubs in the church foyer.

WRISTBAND ORDER FORMS

 The rides are the biggest attraction for all ages at the fete. Pre ordering of wristbands which cost $30 each for unlimited rides is the best way to go as buying individual rides costs much more. Height restrictions apply. There are orders forms at the church doors for collection. Order forms to be returned by Friday 13 October to the parish office. Wristbands can be collected on Fete Day. Wristbands can be also ordered by scanning the QR Code.

WHITE ELEPHANT STALL

 Donations are required for our White Elephant Stall, such as crockery, jewellery, handbags, backpacks, kitchenware, toys and anything small that fits into a car boot. No electrical items, clothes or shoes are accepted. Donations can be dropped off at the Green Shed on Tuesdays & Saturdays from 9am until 11.30am.

Please do not leave anything at the front door of the Parish Office at any time.

Raffle tickets are on sale from the parish office for $2 each. 

This year there are 5 prizes each to the value of $1,000 in gift vouchers.

If you would like a book of raffle tickets to sell to your family, neighbours and friends please contact Deslene at the parish office during business hours,
