PLASTIC FORKS
Plastic cutlery is no longer in manufacture and as a result, the Canteen no longer has stock of plastic forks and we will be unable to assist students bringing food from home. Please pack the required cutlery with your child’s lunch. Bamboo cutlery will be supplied with Canteen Orders only.
COLLECTION OF FROZEN ITEMS
Any frozen items ordered with a lunch order will not be delivered to the classroom and collection is required by the student with the stamped lunch bag. Please discuss and advise your children of the contents of their orders and any collection required on their behalf.

2024 YEAR 6 HOODIE FITTNGS
As is tradition at Croydon Hills Primary, we have a Year 6 Hoodie option as part of the school uniform. The Hoodie has been extremely popular in recent years and makes it easy to identify the senior students of our school. The Hoodies are navy blue with a school logo printed on the front and the names of all the Year 6 students printed on the back. Unfortunately, due to lengthy manufacturing delays, fittings will be conducted on Monday 4/9 for our current Year 5 students, in order to ensure an early 2024 delivery.
Information containing a size guide and a recommended size will be sent home once the students have had a fitting, however Hoodie samples will be available to try on in the Uniform Shop on Monday 4/9 (3-4pm) and remain at the office until Thursday 7/9 if any parents would like to see sample sizes.
PLEASE NOTE as these are custom made garments, there is no exchange of size once ordered.
All orders must be placed by Wednesday 13/9 via Flexischools. No late orders can be accepted.
ONLINE ORDERS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO COLLECT FROM 3.30PM ON THE DAY REQUESTED
- Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday and orders will be available to collect from the office by either the parent or student, no classroom delivery. A slip will be sent to the classroom to notify of collection from 3.30pm.
- Shop open every Monday 3-4pm for sales and exchanges.
EXCHANGES
- Any items requiring exchange will only be done on Monday afternoons 3-4 at the Uniform Shop, NO exchanges to be taken to school office.
- All exchanges must not be worn, not named and tags attached complete with Flexischools Invoice or register receipt within 60 days.
Please note the condition of garments being returned for exchange to the Uniform Shop MUST be in NEW condition with tags attached and not named or worn. Items are to be returned in the same manner they were received. Items will not be accepted if dirty, covered in fluff or animal hair as they are not able to be resold.
Returns are to be done within 60 days, with proof of purchase for exchange or credit only. No refunds for change of mind.
