Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday 16 April, from 11am to 7pm. These conferences provide a valuable opportunity for you to engage with your child's teachers and discuss their progress. 

Important Information:

• Bookings will OPEN at midday this Friday, 22 March, via the Compass Parent Portal and CLOSE at 9am on Tuesday 16 April. Please ensure you log in to the Parent Portal promptly to book your preferred time with each of your child’s teachers to secure your conference bookings.
• Students are required to attend the conferences with their parents/carers (there are no scheduled classes or supervision on this day).
• The conferences will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Students are required to log into Teams with their parents/carers at the designated booking time. Each teacher will then invite your child into a 'Meet Now' session (video call). We kindly request that students do not attempt to contact their teachers. They should wait for the teacher to initiate the 'Meet Now' during the scheduled conference time.
• If a parent/carer is aware they cannot be with their child at the conference, please email the respective teacher via Compass by 3pm on Monday 15 April. Teachers will then share a link to the 'Meet Now' with parents at the beginning of the conference.
