Student Leadership Conference

Last week, our 2024 student leaders gathered at the MCC Pavilion for our Student Leadership Conference. They set goals, embraced advocacy and were inspired by insightful talks from guest speaker Hayley Allen and our Principal Team. College Captains Liv H and Riley T led a team-building game. Student leaders from our local primary schools also attended the event. 

Student Reflections

Last Tuesday, our leadership team came together for the 2024 Leadership Conference. Inspired by the amazing Hayley Allen, we learned how to drive change in our school community. Through a fun tower-building challenge, we strengthened our teamwork, problem-solving skills, and creativity. Now, equipped with new skills and stronger connections, we're ready to make a real impact together.

Last Tuesday, all the student leaders came together for a special leadership team day to brainstorm their goals for the upcoming year, share ideas with peers, get inspired and participate in some fun icebreaker activities. Our guest speaker, Haley Allen, also gave us an inspiring seminar about how we can implement our ideas at school and make them come to life. Overall, it was a great leadership team day and left us all feeling motivated and confident that we had the toolkit to turn our small ideas for the school into reality.
