From the Assistant Principal

Dear Families, 

Next term we will be trialling a number of extra playground options for our students to try and alleviate some of the heavy congestion on a number of our playing spaces, as well as to assist students who find it difficult to manage the large open spaces with a few more options.

Please share some of these exciting opportunities with your children over the holiday break.

• Recess and lunch DISCOs in the hall. A grade per day will be rostered on to attend daily discos or dance opportunities in the hall
• A second passive play space as our library is becoming very busy each day
• Lunch clubs at both break times. Next term lunch clubs include - mindfulness, colouring and drawing, board games, an outdoor climbing area outside KN, coding, fitness, choir, bucket drumming and even a 'Taylor Swift' club led by Mrs Cook.

Many teachers have given up their break times when they are not on duty next term to facilitate these clubs.
