Maths

uring our PMSS training our lecturers shared with us some wonderful guidelines for how we can help our children enjoy and become more skilled mathematicians.

We have attached one of the articles written for parents/carers of primary-aged children developed by the Mathematics Teaching and Learning Centre (MTLC) and the Australian Catholic University (ACU) and co-authored by Doug Clarke and Matt Sexton.

In this article, you can get access to some valuable tips and activities you could do with your children to build their maths skills and confidence. We would love to hear back from you about the maths activities that you have explored from this reading.

Feed back can simply be an email, conversation or letter back to the school - have fun!
